Meat Judging is a competitive event where you learn to grade and evaluate carcasses and identify retail cuts of beef, pork, and lamb. Practice is Monday nights at the Bell County Extension Office from 5:30-6:45 pm
October Practices: 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th
*An extra Saturday practice on October 29th at the A&M campus. Details to come.
