The wildlife project covers species identification (flora and fauna) and facts, habitat evaluation and management, and hunting/fishing techniques, laws, and safety. Classroom meetings consist of learning (themed presentations, videos, etc.) and practice (games and activities), with snacks provided. Field trips are focused on material covered in classroom sessions. The project is open to any 4-H member interested in wildlife, management, conservation, and outdoor recreation. Upcoming classroom sessions will be held on March 25, April 22, April 29, and May 13 from 5:00-6:00 pm at the CEO. For more information, email joendecastillo@hotmail.com.
