We will begin accepting Major Show Entry Forms on November 1st. Our normal office hours are from 8 AM–Noon and 1–5 PM, but on November 9th, we will be open from 8 AM–6 PM, all day. To ensure that all entries from Bell County 4-H are processed and checked thoroughly, no entries will be accepted after the November 9th deadline!
How to enter Major Shows with Bell County 4-H:
1. Print entry forms at home (visit https://agrilife.org/bell4h/projects/4-h-livestock/) or pick up entry forms at the Extension Office.
2. Fill out paper entry forms completely using Bell County 4-H as the club name. Do not put your specific club name; the major shows recognize us as Bell County 4-H.
3. Bring forms and payment to the Extension Office on or before November 9th.
Special Notes:
• Paper forms must be filled out completely and submitted with original signatures. Entries without payment will not be accepted. Exact cash or checks can be made payable to the Bell Livestock Coalition. If you would like to pay by credit card, a 3% fee will be added to cover service charges.
• Fort Worth requires 1 entry form per animal. All other shows require 1 entry form per exhibitor.
• Houston entries must be notarized!!!
• All NEW exhibitors must complete the Quality Counts Certification prior to entry. The course must be com-pleted once as a Junior (grades 3-5), Intermediate (grades 6-8), and Senior (grades 9-12). To register, visit https://www.texaslivestockvalidation.com/qc/qcregister.aspx
Gate & Parking Passes:
Do not forget to add your gate and parking passes! Fort Worth: Each exhibitor will receive 1 complimentary gate pass per entry, with a maximum of 4 complimentary passes per exhibitor. Exhibitors with 1-5 entries are allowed to purchase up to 2 parking passes, 6 or more entries are allowed to purchase up to 3 parking passes.
Texas’ Elite & Sandhills: There will be no required exhibitor/spectator gate pass or vehicle pass to enter the grounds. Houston: 1 complimentary grounds pass will be given per exhibitor regardless of the number of en-tries. Parking Passes are allotted based on total club/chapter entries and the limited number of parking passes will be shared by exhibitors. In other words, there are no parking passes for purchase. San Angelo, San Anto-nio, & Austin: 1 complimentary pass will be given per exhibitor regardless of the number of entries. Addition-al grounds and parking passes are available for purchase with no limits.
