Open to 4-H youth, 3rd-12th grade for the 21/22 4-H year.
Teams of 4 will be created from participants.
Lockout buzzers are used, similar to a game show, with the goal being to be the first to buzz in and answer the question correctly.
Questions will cover MyPlate, Vitamins, Minerals, Diseases, Food, Cooking Terms, etc.
